Guarantees

If you're reading this, you're probably wondering whether you should send us money first. Fair question - there are dozens of exchange services out there, and for most of them "trust us" is the only guarantee on offer. We're not going to try to talk you into believing we're honest. Below are things you can check for yourself in a couple of minutes before placing an order.

A Deposit Is Money, Not a Promise

On major community forums where webmasters, exchange service owners, and other market participants have been active for years, there's a financial deposit system in place. It works like this: a service places a real sum of money with the forum's administration as collateral. That money sits with the forum admins, not with us. If the service scams a client, the administration reviews the complaint and, if the claim holds up, compensates the affected user out of that deposit.

The point is that the forum's administration is an independent party with no reason to cover for us. If we ever scam someone, the money gets taken from the deposit - it's not just our reputation quietly taking a hit. That makes a deposit a far stronger argument than an "About Us" page.

Right now we hold deposits on several forums at once, totaling more than $20,000. Below are links to the deposit threads themselves - you can see the amount, the date it was placed, and each forum's rules on how the deposit works.

Reviews We Can't Touch

The second source worth trusting more than our own website is exchange monitoring sites - independent aggregators that compare rates and reputations across dozens of services at once. Reviews there are written by real clients after real exchanges; we don't moderate them and can't delete the ones we don't like.

Check our track record on any of the monitors below: how many orders we've processed, what percentage were disputed, and what the people we've already sent cryptocurrency to actually say.

If Something Does Go Wrong

A deposit only means something if there's a process behind it. If an order doesn't go the way it was agreed, start by contacting us directly - that resolves the vast majority of issues within an hour or two. If that doesn't work out, take it to the deposit thread on the forum: the administration will review the correspondence and receipts from both sides and make a decision independently of us. We have no influence over that outcome - that's the entire point of the deposit.

Quick Answers

Why not just take your word for it?

Because a word doesn't cost anything, and a deposit does - it's a specific sum the forum administration will pay out to a client if we turn out to be in the wrong.

What if a deposit thread gets deleted?

Those threads are public and moderated by the forum's administration, not by us. We have no way to hide them or edit them after the fact.

Do I need to go straight to the deposit thread if there's a problem?

No, but it's faster. In most cases, contacting support directly resolves things without involving the forum administration at all.
